At The New Britain Museum Of American Art, a lovely little treasure here in Connecticut, they have an exhibition featuring a do-it-yourself postcard desk with blank postcards and colored pencils. I and my daughter both made postcards and even got to hang them on hooks provided. She got a kick out of seeing her own artwork hanging in a museum. So did I!
